A. Introduction
At Clue Art, every piece is a handcrafted artwork made with care and dedication. While we hope you will love your art, we understand that sometimes returns or exchanges may be necessary. Please review our return and refund policy below for details.

B. Return Period
Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving the product.

C. Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
  • Returned items must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
  • Items must be returned in the same condition as received; any signs of use, damage, or alteration may result in denial of the refund.

D. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be issued only to the original payment method used at checkout.

E. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a Clue Art error (e.g., wrong item or defective product).
  • For returns due to our error, Clue Art will cover the return shipping costs.

F. Non-Returnable Items
As all our products are handcrafted and customized artworks, they are considered unique. Returns are not accepted for items that have been used, damaged, or altered by the customer.

G. Return Process

  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
  • Ship the item using the return instructions provided by our team.

H. Refund Processing Time
Once the returned product has been received and confirmed, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. After processing, a refund confirmation email will be sent to you.

I. Exchanges
We support product exchanges, and there is no exchange fee. Customers wishing to exchange an item should contact our customer service team for assistance.

J. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
