At Clue Art, we not only curate exquisite art prints but also provide Free Shipping for all orders shipped to the United States and the United Arab Emirates. We understand the value of artwork, which is why every step of our shipping process is handled with care and professionalism to ensure your piece arrives safely and on time. A. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to the following destinations:

  • United States
  • United Arab Emirates

B. Shipping Fees
All orders qualify for Free Shipping with no additional charges.

C. Order Processing

  • Processing Time: Orders will be processed and dispatched within 1–7 business days (Monday–Sunday).
  • Order Cut-off Time: Orders confirmed before 5:00 PM Los Angeles time (PST) will be prioritized for same-day processing; orders placed after this cut-off will be processed the following day.

D. Shipping Timeframes

  • United States: Estimated 5–8 business days
  • United Arab Emirates: Estimated 7–12 business days
    Note: Total delivery time = Processing time (1–7 business days) + Shipping time (see above).

E. Tracking and Updates
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a Tracking Number and Tracking Link, allowing you to monitor your shipment in real time.

F. Shipping Carriers
We partner with reputable international carriers such as UPS, FedEx, DHL, and others to ensure secure and timely delivery.

G. Undeliverable Areas
Certain remote regions or addresses not covered by our carriers may not be eligible for delivery. If such a situation occurs, we will contact you promptly to provide an alternative solution.

  • Unforeseen Delays: Delivery may be affected by uncontrollable factors such as extreme weather, customs clearance, or peak shipping seasons. While we will do our best to assist, Clue Art cannot be held responsible for such delays.
  • Address Changes: Please confirm your shipping address carefully before placing an order. Once an order has been shipped, address changes may cause delays or incur extra charges.

I. Customs Duties and Taxes

  • United States: All prices displayed on our website are final and inclusive of applicable sales taxes. Customers will not incur additional import duties or taxes.
  • United Arab Emirates: Duties or import taxes may apply according to local regulations and will be the responsibility of the recipient.
